The hotel was in an awesome location, in Dallas.

Seems like a DELUXE hotel, managed by a very nice and affable staff. The room is big and with a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control and a microwave. The location is great, 2 miles from Lobo Stadium.

Tales from the unexpected

Arriving at a closed lobby and then encountering a filthy, poorly maintained room was shocking. Dirty bedsheets, broken amenities, and even the smell were unbearable. The friendly check-out staff were apologetic but it did not compensate for the distressing experience. Definitely choose another option!

Clean hotel, friendly staff, the room was ready when we arrived, and I have three children, so it was nice to see that the kitchen was lovely for our breakfast needs.

I stayed for 2 nights in a Beautiful Quadruple Room Non-Smoking. The beds were dirty, and I found rust in the refrigerator. Plus, the parking lot had some serious potholes. Not a place I felt safe in at all.

I didn't like anything about this place. The beds were dirty, the rusted fridge was a health hazard, and the parking lot was just a mess with the worst potholes. Never again.

The rooms are spacious, and I enjoyed having a kitchenette, made it easy to prepare snacks. The location was convenient to grab food from a great taco shop nearby. The water pressure in the shower was on point and the AC kept me cool .
